User Management

User Management in VueOps controls who has access to your facility data and what they can do. The module lets you add users, assign them to companies, define their scope (Facility, Project, or Vendor), and set permission levels that determine their access rights.

The User Management module is accessed from the sidebar under "Users" and provides two main views: Manage Users and Manage Companies.

Manage Users

The Manage Users view displays all users who have access to the current facility. This is the default view when you open User Management.

User List

The user list shows all registered users in a table format:

  • Name — The user's full name

  • Email — The user's email address (used for login)

  • Company — The company the user belongs to

  • Permission Level — The user's access level (with "View Mapping" link)

  • Status — Whether the user account is active or inactive

  • Actions — Available actions for the user
