Assign a Tag to a Document

Required User Permissions

Only Facility Administrators can assign Tags to Documents.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Documents Homepage.
  2. Select the Document(s) you want to assign a Tag.
  3. Click 'Tags' in the Action Panel at the bottom of the screen.
  4. The Tags Panel will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
  5. Select the Tag(s) you want to apply from the Tag Library. Note: All assigned Tags will display at the bottom of the Tags Panel under ‘Tags used in the selected documents'
  6. Click 'Save'.
