From the sidebar, select Tickets to open the Tickets module. 2. In the top-right area of the page, locate the Create button group (shows the default ticket type, e.g., "Warranty"). 3. Click the dropdown arrow (▾) next to the button to see all available ticket types. 4. Select Work Order from the dropdown. The Create Work Order form opens. 5. In the work order form, fill in the required fields: Title, and any additional details across the form tabs (Details, Sub-Work Order, Schedule, Assignments, Parts, Procedure). 6. Optionally, add sub-work orders from the Sub-Work Order tab. 7.
