How are Revisions Managed in SiteLine?
Background
Any time a new version of a document is uploaded to SiteLine, the old version will be superseded and the Revision number will be displayed next to the title.
Required User Permissions
Only Facility Administrators can upload Revisions and view superseded versions of Documents.
Additional Information
The new revision must be uploaded to the same folder destination and have the same title.
The Revision number is not displayed in the Documents Module.
You can view previous versions of a document in ‘Manage Documents’. SiteLine will keep track of the latest 30 versions.
