The Model Viewer has several settings for lighting style and temperature that impacts model element visualization and shadows displayed. These settings may also affect model performance and perceived lightness and darkness of model objects.
In Settings (Gear button on the bottom toolbar in the Model Viewer), you will see the following menu. Click Environment
.
Environmental Image Visible
(Toggle) - Shows lighting environment as background. The user will see a blurred-out environment in the background that is used to create the lighting setup.
Environments and Lighting Selection - Click on any option to change the lighting setup in real time. The description of each selection describes the scene and lighting characteristics.
To exit the menu, click X on the top right corner of the Settings window.
