Program Details
When you open a program, a detail panel appears showing all configuration options organized into tabs.

Details Tab
The Details tab contains the core configuration:

Status - The program lifecycle status (Draft, Active, Pause, Closed).

Program Type - Classification of the program (e.g., Preventive Maintenance).

Program Code - A reference code for the program.

Regulatory Body - Any regulatory authority associated with the work.

Photos & Videos - Visual references for the work.

Description - Detailed description of the recurring maintenance.

Priority - Priority level inherited by generated work orders (None, Low, Medium, High, Emergency).

Locations - Facility locations this program applies to.

Assets - Equipment this program maintains.

Category - Classification categories.

Attachments - Reference documents (manuals, specifications, etc.).
Sub-Work Orders Tab
Define the sub-work orders that will be created each time the program generates a work order. You can add sub-work orders:

By Asset - Select assets to create a sub-work order for each.

By Location - Select locations to create a sub-work order for each.

Manual - Add individual sub-work orders with custom titles.
Each sub-work order can have its own title, assigned asset, location, assignee, and attached procedure. This is how you define the breakdown of work for each recurrence.
Schedule Tab
The Schedule tab defines when and how often the program generates work orders:

Start Date - When the program begins generating work orders.

Start Time - The time of day for the start.

Repeats - The recurrence pattern (e.g., "Every 3 months on the 27th", "Every week on Monday", "Every day").

💡 TIP: When setting up a program schedule, consider your team's capacity. Stagger program start dates to avoid generating too many work orders on the same day.
Assignments Tab
Define who is responsible for the recurring work:

Assigned To - Users who will be assigned to generated work orders.

Reporters - Users who initiated or oversee the program.
-
Watchers - Users notified of updates.

Facility Manager - The facility manager responsible.
Parts Tab
Specify the parts and materials needed for each recurrence of this maintenance program.
Cost Tab
Track costs associated with the program, including labor, materials, and other expenses.
Procedures Tab
Attach procedures that provide step-by-step instructions for completing the work. Procedures attached to the program are inherited by generated work orders.
Program Header Actions
The program detail panel header includes two important action buttons:

History - View the history of changes made to the program.

View Work Orders - See all work orders that have been generated by this program.
