Wondering what Job Title, Scope, and Permission Level to assign new users? Refer to the table below for suggested combinations.   | | Job Title | Scope | Permission Level | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | **Client** | Facility Manager Facility Engineer IT/Data Manager Capital Project Manager | Facility | Administrator Collaborator | | **Contractor** | Contractor Project Manager Contractor Project Engineer | Project | Administrator | | **Trade Partner** | Trade Partner | Project | Member | | **Others** | Engineer/Architect Consultant Vendor | Project | Member |   **Pro Tips:** *Job Title* = The selections made for 'Job Title' does not determine any permissions as it simply assigns a label for grouping.  *Scope* = user's point of entry into SiteLine's hierarchy.  *Permission Level* = mix and match as needed.    Here is an example of the client / facility / project hierarchy in SiteLine Client      Facility A              Project 1            Project 2      Facility B          Project 1          Project 2          Project 3   **Note:** You can only invite users to scopes that are equal to or lower than your own permission level.
