Reprocess files following Document Upload Errors
Required User Permissions
Only Facility Administrators can view Document Upload Errors and Re-Process files.
Steps
- Navigate to the Documents Homepage.
- Click ‘Manage’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click ‘Documents’.
- If errors are present, the number of errors will be displayed in red on the 'Errors' button.
- Click 'Errors' to see the Errors log.
- Select the Documents you'd like to reprocess, or use 'Select All'.
- Click 'Reprocess' to upload the files again.
