Reprocess files following Document Upload Errors

Required User Permissions

Only Facility Administrators can view Document Upload Errors and Re-Process files.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Documents Homepage.
  2. Click ‘Manage’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Click ‘Documents’.
  4. If errors are present, the number of errors will be displayed in red on the 'Errors' button.
  5. Click 'Errors' to see the Errors log.
  6. Select the Documents you'd like to reprocess, or use 'Select All'.
  7. Click 'Reprocess' to upload the files again.
