Background
As a Warranty Ticket moves through the workflow, the History Tab allows you to view a complete audit trail of all actions performed on that ticket.
Required User Permissions
All users can see the History Tab on tickets they have access to.
Steps
- Navigate to the Warranty Tickets Module.
- Select the relevant Ticket from the grid.
- Change the Tab to ‘History’.
Additional Information
Items cannot be deleted from the History log.
Emails sent from ‘Messages’ will not be logged in the History tab but can be viewed in the Messages section of the ticket.
The History outlines the following actions performed in SiteLine:
- When a Warranty Ticket is created, any fields are edited, or the ticket is deleted.
- Who performed the change
- Details of the change
- The date and time of the change
- When notifications are sent
- Who sent the notification
- Details of the notification
