View and Search Assets

The Assets module displays all assets in a table view with powerful search, filtering, and grouping capabilities.

Search

Use the search bar at the top to find assets by any text attribute (Asset ID, name, type, description, manufacturer, etc.).

Filters

Quick-access filter buttons below the search:

  • Object Type - Filter by Asset, Component, Part, or Meter

  • Asset Type - Filter by equipment type (e.g., Air Cooled Chiller, Water Heater)

  • Operating Location - Filter by facility location

  • Operational Status - Filter by status (Operational, Non-Operational, etc.)

  • More Filters - Access additional filter options

Group By

Organize the asset list by grouping:

  • None - Flat list (default)

  • Asset Type - Group by equipment type

  • Classification - Group by classification hierarchy

  • System - Group by facility system

  • Operating Location - Group by location

  • Category - Group by asset category

Customize Columns

Click the Columns button to show/hide table columns and reorder them for your preferred view.

Pagination

Navigate between pages and adjust rows per page (25, 50, or 100 per page). The current facility has 533 assets.
