To resolve the issue of assets not showing the slicer when being selected, the user needs to make sure that the asset has either floor or room attributes filled out. The slicer works based on there being a location entered for the asset.
To enter a location for the asset, go to the Assets page and select the asset in the asset register. In the attributes panel to the right, click the Edit button on top and choose a floor and/or room in the drop-down menus for the floor and room attribute fields.
In no values exist in the floor or room attribute fields, then Locations need to be setup from the model. See the Locations knowledge base article for more information on setting up Locations in your VueOps project.
