The status indicates where the work order stands in its execution. ### **Statuses** - **Open** - Default status when you create a work order. The task is ready to be started. - **In Progress** - Select this status to indicate that work has begun on the work order. - **On-Hold** - Select this status to pause work on the work order (e.g., waiting for parts or approval). - **Done** - Select this status when you complete the work order. ℹ️ NOTE: You can change the status of a work order at any time from the work order detail panel by clicking the status buttons. ### **Priority Levels** You can assign a priority level to each work order to indicate its urgency: - **None** - No priority assigned. - **Low** - Non-urgent work that can be scheduled at convenience. - **Medium** - Standard priority for routine maintenance. - **High** - Important work that should be completed soon. -
